There's also a way to restore Windows using restore points, but that's a topic for another video. In this case, I'll talk about restoring Windows 8.1 to its factory settings. Sometimes errors occur in the operating system and it's necessary to restore it to its original state. The easiest way to do this is using standard Windows recovery tools.
Go to:
Start / Settings / Change PC settings / Update and recovery / Recovery
Here you can choose from three recovery options:
1. Restore your computer without deleting files
2. Delete all data and reinstall Windows
3. Advanced startup options
