2 Tail has a Void rocket that suppression. Suppression works with Void 3.0. Fragment Echo of Domineering auto reloads your rocket on hit but does have a Cooldown because the Void rocket suppresses. You also go invisible after defeating a suppressed target wi Stylish Execution and it happens often because 2 Tail shoots 2 rockets at once.
