This one is from “The Adventures of Seinfeld & Superman”, a pair of advertisement films featuring Jerry Seinfeld as himself and Patrick Warburton (David Puddy on Seinfeld) as the voice of Superman. There are two films, “A Uniform Used to Mean Something…” and “Hindsight is 20/20”, both directed by Barry Levinson, each about five minutes in length, that were on TV, but there are also these short versions on the internet.
