We visited Okubo Izakaya, a small 13 seat bar (address https://maps.app.goo.gl/TR9LJouJpT1qA... ). Like many small, independent Japanese izakayas, they offer a bottle keep service where you buy a whole bottle of alcohol and then they keep it on hand for the next time you come.
