I'm going to remove ALL negative energy from you...
Take a deep breath with me and set the intention to receive! In this ASMR Reiki healing session, I will remove ALL of the negative energy you are carrying with you, grounding it into our Earth Mother. I will gently pluck away anything that is not serving your highest good, allowing for you to release your blockages and stagnant energy so you can manifest your desires and invite in new experiences and opportunities.
As we go about our busy day, we find ourselves in cluttered public spaces and rubbing shoulders with all sorts of people. Our coworkers can be angry or frustrated, or maybe our family members and housemates are anxious and we pick up on it. The fact is, we are energetic beings, and constantly pick up on the energies of others. Energetic debris litters public buildings, where stagnant emotional energy collects like garbage and gets swept up as we walk through it. And if we are not mindfully cleansing our energy and aura, this yucky stuff can cling to us, collecting into blockages, giving us emotional issues and hampering our manifesting! You wouldn't walk through your home with muddy boots on from the outside, so why go into your sacred space covered in the weird energies from other people?
