In this video we will look at how to use Quintuplet Swing and Ableton Live's Drum Rack Instrument to create a LoFi HipHop Drum pattern. We'll then build upon it by adding a tape effected piano part using Spitfire Audio Labs Soft Piano and a Synth Bass line using Ableton's Analog. Finally we'll sync the piano and bass to the quintuplet grid in order to achieve the J Dilla style "drunk" drum feel while maintaining the precision of the grid.
