Here we have the Ingersoll Rand VersaTec electric screwdrivers featuring the VersaTec Low-Torque, High-Torque, Angle, ESD, and ESD Soft Stop tool series.
The VersaTec low-torque screwdrivers are available in torque ranges from 0.26 to 10.44 in lbs (0.03-1.2 Nm) and speeds of 500-1000 RPM. These inline lever-start screwdrivers are ideal for light duty precision assembly jobs. A soft touch grip allows users to comfortably operate the tool with one hand and change drive direction on the fly. Torque output is adjusted via rotating the spring adjustment ring and variable speed and soft-start adjustments are made on the controller. Clean room models are also available without the soft touch grip.
The VersaTec high-torque models share similar features to the low-torque models but with a few upgrades. An expanded torque range of 5-40 in lbs (0.6-4.5Nm) and speeds of 700-2000 RPM give these drivers a bump in power for more demanding assembly jobs. A torque readout window provides instant confirmation of output settings and removable flange with torque adjustment cover help prevent unwanted changes. High-Torque models are available as inline or pistol grip with either push to start or level start trigger types.
VersaTec ESD models are designed for assembling sensitive precision electronic components and are available in torque ranges from 1.7-10.4 in lbs(19.2-117.5N cm). Certain models with a soft stop feature reduce the clutch inertia to 1/10 of that of standard models, lowering the risk of failures. ESD models are also Class 100 clean room rated and vacuum accessory ready. Find out what VersaTec tool is right for you today at http://www.flexibleassembly.com/Produ...
