Caileigh talks about her personal experiences in the real estate field. In the past two weeks, Caileigh has been in multiple offers with two separate buyers. One of which was a multiple offer for a backup position, a first for her! The current market in Langley and the Fraser Valley - especially for townhomes and condos- is competitive, once again for buyers and reminds her of what we just experienced in 2021 with early signs of multiple offers becoming the norm. Caileigh believes that the projected rate decreases on the horizon from the BOC, and we will continue to shift into a seller's market, yet again.
