Night Mode! POCO F3 GCam VS Poco Camera Comparison
Should you use GCam or the stock camera for night mode pictures (especially on the POCO F3)? I compare 20 night mode shots taken with the stock Poco Camera and a Google Camera port using the Poco F3. Waveforms for each image are included for an even more in-depth camera comparison!

Night mode is difficult for a lot of budget and mid range phones using their pre installed stock cameras (including the Xiaomi Poco F3 camera app), that's why I highly suggest testing Google Camera ports on these devices, since GCam generally outputs usable night shots. After recent testing with some sub $200 phones, I can tell you that GCam is essential for those devices even if you only use it for night mode.
It's important to note that there are a lot of different Google Camera ports available for many devices, especially the Xiaomi Poco F3.
