"A little late on this track's release, but it's sort of refreshing to return to some bass house with this one. I took some bass patches from a complextro ID I have and constructed a first drop with them while at the same time building the chords and sixteenth-note choir pads. With this Nas acapella, I thought I would make a sing-along EDM song with some melodic intro, interlude, and outro. I also had a cool and simple swingy second drop idea that I decided to have more of some bouncy percussion for so I thought that was would be a nice switchup from the first and third drops :)
This is a bit of an objectively weird one in my opinion since the bass house drops do sound a bit too distant from the melodic side of Icanbe. Perhaps it could have been 2 separate tracks however some of the acapella I used seemed to fit in nice with the drops so I kept this as a whole.
So anyways yeah, final song probably tomorrow along with the full EP release, then a few days later would be a Spotify release as well."
