For those who don't know, Power Stone was a full 3D fighting game exclusive to the SEGA Dreamcast, and to be honest one of my favorites. The sequel, Power Stone 2, removed much of the finer and skillful mechanics of the first game and made it into more of a party game, what with an entire book of items to use, more characters, and the introduction of moving stages.
It's hard to appreciate as a fighting game, but imo it's a top notch party game. That being said the 1 player adventure mode can be tough at the highest level (8), what with the game's cheap A.I. and damage outputs there.

Alright, Gourmand is a beast. Faster than Galuda and as strong as Gunrock, he's a really difficult opponent and has an easy job plowing through anyone. While he may not have Gunrock's priority, he doesn't pull any punches.
I'm still not too sure on how his Power Fusion Chef Flambé is meant to be aimed, but when it gets all of its hits in it's a gem in a fight. Of course the main course is his Fusion Plat De Résistance, which deals major damage unless it hits someone up against a wall. Not to mention the pot also deals damage, so it's very easy not to get knocked out of it.
Like Gunrock, Gourmand's major problem is damaging the game's bosses. It's a bit worse for the chef since he has almost no way to bring out Dr. Erode's heart. But at least he gets the job done.
