Xbox 360 mod - RROD Fan Mod and Temp Sensor Xbox 360
First I used the 12v molex power source video

Then I installed a 120mm fan with fan controller and a 40mm fan on the gpu heat sink. I used some carbon fiber vinyl I bought on ebay to cover the xbox. Looks great, runs at 40-45 degrees celcius while gaming. Not bad for $60.
