Doomsday is often remembered as the monster who killed Superman, but in Justice League Unlimited, he has a very different role.
Their battle was more than a brutal fist fight, it was a moral pressure test. A collision between unstoppable force and unbreakable principle. And for a moment, the line nearly disappeared.
In this video, I talk about how Doomsday didn’t just challenge Superman physically, he challenged his code. From the Justice Lords’ decision to lobotomise him, to Cadmus’ growing fear of unchecked power, this story forces a difficult question:
Was the world wrong to fear Superman?
Because in a universe where one being can level cities, the temptation to cross the line isn’t theoretical, it’s inevitable.
