All you need are 2 clipping masks and a shadow to create a button in Procreate! 🧶🪡
1. Create a new layer above your button shape, make it a clipping mask, and change its blending mode to Multiply. Use the same colour as your shape to add shadow.
2. Then create a second clipping mask, change its blending mode to Screen, and add some highlight. I use a lighter colour for this step.
3. Now, duplicate your main shape to create a cast shadow. Change its colour to the darkest colour of your colour palette, change its blending mode to Multiply, move it slightly and add a bit of Gaussian Blur (I’ve mixed two layers of colours this time, feel free to experiment). And voilà!
Perfect to jazz up your textile lettering!
