Devil Ray Catch with Twig Rod - Toontown Rewritten
I was just fishing a bit in Minnie's Melodyland for some quick jellybeans and caught it out of nowhere! I was so surprised because from all my years of trying to catch it in Toontown Online, with a gold rod nevertheless, I never managed to catch it.
