Just like my Doom 2016 Ultra-Nightmare run, I completed Doom Eternal on "Ultra-Nightmare" difficulty. This is not a speed run nor hundred percent walkthrough. Still i tried to collect the toys as much as i could remember. Combat wise this is almost a hundred percent walktrough however. Unfortunately i have missed one of the secret encounters on Urdak mission. Apart from that, all of the slayer gates and rest of the secret encounters have been completed successfuly. I skipped the cutscenes for the benefit of the video. Most of the viewers probably have seen them countless times already. I believe this also made the video smoother and more action packed. Just in case if you don't know, if you die on "ultra-nightmare" difficulty you lose all of your progress and you have to start from the beginning, one life only.
