Arrow S01E03 - Oliver Queen gets shot with poison bullet
Oliver Queen tries to take down Holden but he wasn't the only one there trying to kill him. A sniper kills Holden then shots Oliver in the shoulder. The bullet turns out to be laced with poison almost killing Queen.
