How does pregnancy happen? Today, I share an explanation of how pregnancy occurs. I go over where an egg comes from and where a pregnancy is carried for 9 months. We discuss what pregnancy rates are when everything is normal and important factors that can affect pregnancy rates (ie female age and duration of infertility).
