3:06 might possible with better kiting on the red, but otherwise this run is optimized I believe. If you pull the blue far enough to gromp the splash damage from the jungle pet will hit the gromp, meaning you can save an auto on it later on. And when you are doing krugs, if the mini krugs are up your jungle pet can hit them and the spawning mini krugs from the big krugs also, which saved me 1 auto also. Krugs part is really tricky imo and I kind of just got lucky with it here, but gromp part is consistent if you pull the blue far enough over before walking toward gromp.
