How to install Ice Bean 3 Rom on Xperia Neo or any other Xperia Device

to root phone FOR LOCKED BOOTLOADERS follow these instructions: http://adf.ly/JH4zn
IF YOU ARE ON A NEO DEVICE SOME ROMS MAY ASK YOU TO FLASH A NEW FIRMWARE( FOR MEMORY USAGE) OR WHEN INSTALL DOESN'T GO TO ROM THEN CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD: http://adf.ly/JH1P6
YOU WILL NEED FLASH TOOL: http://adf.ly/JH1Z3
after downloaded firmware put in firmware folder in flash tool located C:\Flashtool
open flash tool as admin and connect your device
click on the "flash"symbol
click on flash mode
choose the the file you downloaded
choose exclude kernel and no final verification
then hit ok , follow instructions
finished flashing will say complete take out phone ,reboot.
now you can install a rom

download the original firmware for your phone , search on XDA-Developers im sure you will find it. Here is link to ICS firmware for Neo and Neo V. : NEO V: MT11 - NEO :MT15

CHECK final verification (BOX should be checked as defualt(green tick) go onto next step
then hit ok , follow instructions
finished flashing will say complete take out phone ,reboot
phone should start just like new and then you can try again to install rom or keep it safe.
