A Message of Hope and Resilience...
As we close out this year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible work of our community.
Despite the challenges we face, we push forward, driven by our commitment to justice and equality.
We envision a flourishing society where every family can put food on
the table and every child can pursue their dreams.
A future where, no matter where you live or what’s in your bank account, everyone can have the care they need - regardless of age or homeland or title.
In 2024, we prioritized solutions that impact the people we love: child care, guaranteed income, health equity, and economic freedom.
We organized, mobilized, and advocated for policies that would bring real change to our communities. We built connectivity between communities of color, including immigrants, across our country.
But despite our progress, the election results were not what we had hoped for. It's natural to feel disappointed, frustrated, and even fearful about what the future holds.
We know our work is far from over. We’ve only been a true democracy for less than 60 years. It’s been an uneven march toward everyone’s voice being counted.
So as we close out this year, we want to leave you with a message of hope and resilience.
We are in this together, and together, we can achieve beautiful things.
