In Old Orsinium, you can farm non stop for the leather and rubedo leather that you need to refine to give you a chance for the Dreugh Wax. You'll want to farm a ton of those mats to give you a better chance at more of it. But the drop rates seem to have gone down. What's going on here? In this video I'll test and see if ZOS did indeed decrease the drop rates on the materials you need to make Dreugh Wax.
