How to make Disney's Dole Whip and an adult version with Rum :-)
The Dole Whip (also known as Dole Soft Serve) is a soft serve dairy-free frozen dessert created by Dole Food Company in 1986. Dolw WHips are sold outside the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland and Walt Disney World. You can also get another version of it at the Dole Plantation on Ohaua, Hawaii.
Dole Whip Recipe
16 oz. Frozen Pineapple
2 1/2 oz. of coconut milk
3 tbs sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp. lime juice
6 oz of Dole Pineapple Juice (Optional but it helped with the thickness and blending)
pinch of salt
Blend until smooth and serve. The one in the video was served in a cored-out pineapple. You can also use a piping bag and tip to achieve the full Dole Whip look.
Adult Version-
Use half of all the ingredients listed above
Booze- 2 oz.
Gold Rum or Vodka would be fine too. Feel free to experiment:- )
I used 1oz. of Bacardi Gold Rum and 1 oz. of Malibu Rum
