So I am currently working on creating a costume and look for a " Snow Queen / Ice Queen " and I have been looking around for pieces of this costume and have came up with my own idea for a pair of Snow Queen " Ice Heels "
You can easily try this at home and wont cost you a lot, use what you have, these wil fit perfect for this new costume I am creating, I will also be uploading some otehr videos on what other pieces I will be creating, so if you want to see what I will be creating, subscribe to my channel for updates..
Materials for these shoes can be found in any of your craft stores... have fun trying your " Ice Heels " for a Snow Queen look..
