Subclassing is FINALLY over 🥳
🎋 NB is the S-tier class for the upcoming Patch. You have the best burst and the best single target DPS. You are probably the best class to benefit from the new ultigen, and your execute is insane.
Overall the big weakness of the class is AoE, you cannot just stack Nightblades because stuff will not die. NB trash damage will also be fairly low, lower than any other class, but they make up for it in sheer damage on bosses.
First time in years that NB is actually good and fullfilling its niche.
ZOS reduced the mastery a bit so you get 5% less crit dmg now, I tested the difference quickly and it felt around 3k less, I tried to get another 200k but I lost 3 parses where I was at 195 at 10% to KB not casting, so I will not bother until update hits live.
The class is also good in dungeons and solo, worse than Arcanist but not ridiculous at all.
🏮 This build is using Vampire (stage 2), which is very important to get the buff on Sneak with Cloak, and allows you to mistform inbetween packs and before bosses. If you want to play magblade, you can also use Arterial burst as your spammable, or Blood for blood if you are solo.
The Nightblade class set "Soulcleaver" got a buff, but is sadly not good enough to be played on bosses, however it is a very good option in trash, the set as a sulxan-like effect that I used on the parse, that will stay on you after the trashpack and will stay on bosses (or the next trashpack if you swap to an acuity setup to drop a fat destro!), and makes Power extraction actually pretty correct until 30% of the pack HP.
Small Tips :
△ Make sure someone is using Morag Tong and Knife, it will greatly buff your damage.
△ In raid, make sure to use the stamina morph of Merciless, you can keep the mag one in dungeons.
△ In raid, will be crit-capped with Major Force and Major Brittle, but make sure to use an axe if your team doesn't provide one of those.
△ For any content, Siphoning strike backbar is insane, gives you crazy sustain and self healing.
△ If your sustain allows it, you can use Deadly cloak frontbar, backbar the NB cloak and cut Contingency.

You can throw a rune instead of Mistform for slightly more damage, but Mistform will be better in content because you can reach the boss quicker with it (use it on your trash setup).
⌛️ 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 : Carve stacks ➤ Bow proc (if you aren't close to incap) ➤ Stampede ➤ Cloak ➤ Trap ➤ Debilitate ➤ Shade ➤ Contingency ➤ SA
💡 You want to incap as soon as possible, keep your last incap for 10% (I used it too late here because execute was so quick lol). Don't use your bow stacks if you have an incap coming soon, try to use both during the Incap.
Start using KB at 28%, it is worth to recast every dot until 14%. Do one last cloak at 10%, before your final incap.
