In this video, I tell you all about how I captured M104, the Sombrero Galaxy, with two different cameras. I was able to combine the data from both cameras together in the same image. Deep sky astrophotography is always a challenge, but totally worth the effort! I took a picture of the Sunflower Galaxy, plus another galaxy that I'm still currently processing. Hopefully this year I can capture the Andromeda Galaxy with only my monochrome vs color camera, and I think the monochrome camera with LRGB filters will make the Andromeda Galaxy really stand out.
In a few days, I'll have a link below for the full workflow video of the Sombrero Galaxy in Pixinsight, plus a link to download the raw stacked files if you want to follow along.
