HLG3 ZV-E10 Tamron 17-70mm
#HLG3 #ZVE10 #Tamron 17-70mm. MOW YOUR YARD EDITION 🤭 With Final Cut Pro's updated support for HDR I wanted to revisit HLG in my camera profiles. Gabbed the camera and shot a few varied situations to see how it handled dynamic range, color, and grading adjustments overall without falling apart since this is only 8bit. Dynamic range is good and found metering ranged from +0 to +.7 to get the corresponding zebra set at 95 to show and to set exposure. WAAAAAY too much saturation for my taste and in these graded clips I had to drop it from minus 10 to 30 in the new color adjustments. Then the export to MP$ always tones down saturation, as well as YT compression. Should do one with ungradded v. graded next.
Anyway, still think Cine2 is my preference for more natural looks, but will see.
