Why adding butter into my coffee made me thinner!
Bulletproof Coffee is one of the first things i drink / eat every morning! After months of sharing bits and pieces of the science behind it, what i add to it and why i take it. I have been flooded with questions and many times it is too hard to explain over message. I have specifically targeting this segment to the types of questions I get daily on the topic of BPC ( bulletproof coffee)
** Please keep in mind I am NOT a Doctor or a Licensed Naturopath, I am simply showing my life and the things I do/ take daily *** if you are pregnant/ breast feeding/ on hormonal birth control please do further research or speak to your DR before taking supplements of any kind***
In this video i go over what BPC is, how I found out about it and the many benefits it has provided me that i can no longer live without.
I have taken my Bulletproof Coffee to a whole other level by adding in other beneficial supplement to make this drink even more amazing than it already is.
