Minori, Shironuri Artist
Shironuri artist Minori started with shironuri about five years ago after being introduced to the art by a friend. Shironuri, white make-up, was centuries long an accepted part of Japanese culture, widely used by actors and geisha. Minori applies this traditional Japanese aesthetic in a totally modern and very unique way. She finds her inspiration in nature and expresses that in her clothes, make-up and photography. To me she is like a delicate fairy rising out of a field of flowers.
