Today I will show you how Nir and I are making some pottery,
This time we want to show you this cool, cute, kawaii, hand-painted, chopstick, one piece cat-shaped mug,
You can see all the process, from 1kg of clay, throwing it up, closing and forming the lid,
using a chopstick to devide the piece, cutting the mug into 2 pieces, trimming both pieces to match them perfectly,
scoring and attaching the handle, attaching the ears,
trimming the 2nd side, painting with underglaze, first firing, applying wax, glazing with a translusent/transparent
glaze (dipping in a bucket of glaze),
second firing and the final effect :)
