In this MATLAB Simulink model the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG) based wind energy conversion system (WECS) is simulated. Also the Perturb and Observe (P&O) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) technique is used to extract maximum power from the system.
