Venison Marinade:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 sprig fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
Sous Vide 2 hours at 130 degrees F
Sear in cast iron pan with butter, rosemary & garlic
