The most powerful act I found was to keep connection to our bodies, heart, nature and friends. These are interesting times where we are being challenged on all levels.
Some can feel overloaded, overwhelmed by the pushinga nd pulling of other people deciding our future. There is much separation going on, and this song came through as a reaction to supporting a friend through hard times. to lift the spirit, and awaken the memory of freedom and connection we share on the hills in Wales.
We are as strong as mountains. As soft as timelessness. Perhaps you have experienced this memory you can call on for inspiration.
