Taking COLD SHOWERS | This is what happened...
Hey guys, it's my first VLOG. You'll see me taking cold showers and how the cold tolerance increases during the experiment.
Experiment from January to March 2021.
Goal was to withstand 2 minutes of cold shower.
Water temperature 4-6°C/39.2-42.8°F.
At first warm shower and then turning to cold.
