Here's the Step-by-Step Process on how to get this done in Highlevel
1. Log in to your Highlevel CRM account.
2. Click on the "Workflows" tab in the left AUTOMATION navigation bar.
3. Click the "Create Workflow" button in the top right corner and choose "Start from Scratch".
4. Give your workflow a name, such as "Braces Reactivation Workflow".
5. In the "Settings" tab, configure options such as the sender name, email and the sending schedule.
6. Under the "Trigger" section, select the event that will trigger the workflow. For a reactivation workflow, you could choose "Tag is added to a contact".
7. Select the tag that will trigger the workflow, such as "come-back-date". Save Trigger.
8. Under the "Actions" section, add the actions you want the workflow to perform when triggered. For a reactivation workflow, you could include:
a. Send an email to the contact, offering a discount or incentive to return to your business.
b. Send an text message
c. Update the contact's status on a specific pipeline stage.
d. Create a task for a team member to follow up with the contact via phone call or email.
9. Publish and Save Workflow
10. Test it by adding a contact and adding the tag "come-back-date" to ensure that it works as expected.
