One of the most important tasks that the homeowner should carry out monthly is testing the thermostat. Push the test button on top of the thermostat to test the ground fault. A red light in the test button will light up, and the "ground fault error" text will appear on the screen if everything is still connected correctly.
For repairing the system, two options are available: 1) working with a licensed electrician who has experience making these types of repairs and 2) arranging for a SmartFix service with our team. Successful completion of our SmartFix service will warranty the repairs against defects in workmanship and/or materials. The warranty duration is ten years for WarmlyYours heating elements and five years for a competitor's heating elements.
