How to infinitely stun an enemy using shadow shaman( dota version 7.30e)
The only thing you are going to need is lvl 10 and 15 talent( -3s hex cd and +1s shackle duration) and octarine core, also spell prism. with careful timing and no interruption you can stun a target for as long as you have mana or they die first.
