04/29/16 Slight increase in Radiation Levels, Florissant, CO @8600ft.
Daily check of radiation levels in Florissant Colorado, 1 Mile NE of the Florissant Fossil Beds National Monument.
Elevation 8600 feet.
Normal Background Counts have almost always been steady at 28-32 CPM, After today's storm consistent readings of 45 to 51CPM (Alpha, Beta & Gamma Combined)
I plan to do a more detailed check tomorrow, nothing to fear but higher reading than ever before.
