200g refined sugar
2g salt
85g sour cream
60g whipping cream
5ml white vinegar
25g cocoa
30g gelatin
100ml water to dissolve the gelatin
5ml vanilla essence or 5 drops traditional flavor essence red food coloring
DECORATION:
90g semi-sweet chocolate 90ml whipping cream (ganache)
150ml whipping cream Oreos
