How to Enable Windows 10 Dark Mode or Black Theme
To enable dark theme in Windows 10 you need to follow steps in upcoming line:

1. Launch the Settings App. For that Click on Start button and then Settings.
2. From available options, you need to click on Personalization.
3. Now you need to select the Colors tab. On the right side scroll down to the bottom of the page till you find choose your mode. Here you can set Light or Dark color scheme.
By default, the light mode is selected. If you want to enable dark mode, select the dark mode option and settings panel will quickly switch to dark mode.
You don’t have to reboot or log off your computer to make the changes happen. At the moment, this options is available in Windows 10 insider build 14316. This update will be rolled out to all Windows users with the anniversary build.
