MANCOSA is thrilled to introduce the Centre for Innovation, to serve as a catalyst in MANCOSA’s pursuit and transformation towards a competitive edge in the provision of innovative education.
We are proposing a more agile, more responsive and more democratic positioning that is central to our structure to exploit the vast potential that innovation can bring.
The CFI plans to deploy a hybrid innovation model that is business unit enabled – thus the Centre for Innovation is for all intents and purposes centralised and will use the available resources (human, physical, IT and otherwise) across business units to organically harvest and leverage the organisation’s existing value and merge that with opportunity, partnership, technology, sound research and other resources to reshape and rethink our current value proposition.
