TouchGFX Demo on STM32F429 Evaluation Board with a 5.7" Display
TouchGFX demo running on STMicroelectronic's STM32F429-EVAL board (ARM Cortex M4 -- 180 MHz, 5.7” 640x480 TFT color LCD display).
The demo shows the capabilities of the highly optimized graphics library TouchGFX on cost effective hardware, achieving a smartphone look and feel that is required for modern solutions.
The MCU load is displayed on all demo screens. Showing that the application leaves enough processing power to overcome other tasks while doing even complex display updates.
TouchGFX utilizes the Chrom-art accelerator of the STM32F429, which off loads the MCU when rendering alpha-blended images.
