Another year, another low.

Antarctic sea ice extent has officially reached its joint second lowest level on record. The summer minimum bottomed out at 1.99 mn km2, making the last 3 years the lowest we've ever observed.

But is this evidence of a ‘regime shift’ in sea ice? Watch on to find out...
