There HAS TO BE a better way - (Stop doing things the hard way)
I have to admit that there are definitely some processes in my business right now that are over-complicated, simply because they've always been that way, and it's comfortable. But what if we challenged ourselves to simplify, put in a little bit of work up-front to make things easier in the long run.
