Energy plays a vital role in the socio-economic development of a society. As compared to rural areas, the energy requirement is very high in urban areas. With rapid growth in industrialization, urbanization and population explosion the demand for energy has undergone a sharp rise. Greater concern of the problem is an imbalance between the demand and supply.
