To Redesign or migrate your Existing SAP PI/PO when moving to Integration Suite/CPI.
A redesign does make sense because you can leverage the new cloud features and make better tooling.
But in most cases, a migration is a better case.
Nobody knows anything about the interface that has been running for the last 10 years.
It is much effort to redesign existing mappings
I do not add much value to change from message mapping to XSLT
Changing from file to SFTP is not a redesign since messages stay the same.
And there are good reasons to redesign some of your integration to leverage the new features. But focus on the places where you can add value.
