The County Line Visits West, Texas
The West Fertilizer Plant exploded on April 17, 2013 in the small Texas town of West.
The County Line camera visited West, Texas on Sunday April 28th, 2013 and conducted a video survey of the neighborhood outside the most heavily effected blast area.
The main area affected by the blast is still barricaded by law enforcement personnel and only residents are being allowed back into the area at this time.
