Urology department opens at Brest Central City Hospital: Access to care is now easier

A urology department has opened at the Brest Central City Hospital to provide specialized medical care to residents of the Brest District. Previously, this type of inpatient care was not available within the city's healthcare system. Emergency and scheduled care for such patients was provided at the Brest Regional Clinical Hospital. The opening of the city department now allows the regional department to be less burdened and utilized more of its services for the regions. 750,000 Belarusian rubles were invested in large-scale renovations and equipment acquisition. City and regional government officials and hospital staff participated in the grand opening of the new department.
