Village on Greenway - November 27, 2023
Construction is almost finished at the Village on Greenway! All but one building has been completed, with the majority of the completed units already being leased. MAXX PM's staff is on-site in the clubhouse daily, interacting with and handling showings for new prospective tenants on any vacant units. The last building (building C) is scheduled for its final inspection in Early December, with C of O expected to follow shortly.
