Depersonalization: The persistent feeling of observing oneself from outside one’s body or having a sense that one’s surroundings aren't real.

Now to be fair, I have never been diagnosed at all so I don't wanna assume I have it, especially since it hasn't happened in a long while.
It happened persistently alot when I was younger (maybe in 3rd - 5th grade) and through 6-7th grade, although now it doesn't happen as much as it used to
Usually when it does happen, my vision becomes foggy, my body is just numb (I can't feel myself walking anymore if that makes sense), and nothing feels real anymore, like none of this is actually happening, I usually just look down at my hands and stare at it to see if I'm real or what's happening around me was real. This happened "constantly" at school when I'm walking to my next class. But I'm not sure if this is or would be considered depersonalization and I have several doubts I even have it.
I would love to educate myself more about depersonalization though 🙏
